On March 24th during a routine hoof cleaning our beloved prince got spooked and his break away harness unfortunately did not break away. Once prince was spooked he ripped a wooden plank from our fence and took off on the property as our workers could do nothing but watch in horror. Luckily he came to a stop and was able to be contained. Prince sustained multiple lacerations to all four legs, a deep laceration on his front left leg required extensive wound care and bandaging and another deep laceration under his right armpit is also getting more in depth treatment. At this time we are asking our gracious animal loving community to come together to help us pay for his unexpected medical costs.
